Accomodations and Bookings:

What is the concept of the Lodge?

The Oak Lodge is not a conventional hotel or a holiday-farm. It is a special place designed for those who love individual vacations and yearn for an extraordinary getaway in an outstanding atmosphere.

Nestled amidst stunning natural scenery, surrounded by trees & fields directly at the riverside, it serves as a retreat and expedition base for guests who value freedom and privacy as much as adventure and activities.

With a deliberately limited number of guests in spacious rooms and apartments, the lodge ensures a peaceful and intimate experience. Additionally, there are many common areas, seating options, and activities available on the premises.

Here, you won't encounter crowds of people or a 24-houer reception desk. Instead, you'll enjoy unforgettable moments, and the natural beauty of a region waiting to be discovered.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make your booking at any time conveniently through our website. For special requests or group bookings, please use the contact form provided on our Booking page. This helps us better understand your needs and tailor your stay to your preferences.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!

What types of rooms are available?

Each room of The Oak Lodge is individually designed to ensure that you find a space that resonates with your preferences and offers a unique experience.

Broadly, the rooms are categorized into three distinct types:

  1. Themed Rooms in The Lodge: Ideal for two adults, these rooms feature double beds and are each styled with a unique theme, providing a cozy and inspiring setting for couples or solo travelers.
  2. Little Oak Holiday Apartments: Catering to various needs, these independent units are perfect for 2-4 guests and can be combined. They come in different configurations, offering flexibility and personalized comfort with kitchens and private Spa for couples, families, friends, or small groups seeking an extraordinary stay.
  3. Adventure Rooms: Exclusively available for group bookings, these rooms add an extra dimension to larger gatherings or events. They are an ideal choice for groups looking for a shared, yet distinctly unique Lodge experience.

Furthermore, The Old Barn is available as a stand-alone holiday home with 4 bedrooms, an outdoor pool, roof terrace and amazing indoor & outdoor spaces for families and groups up to 8 people.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-out time is at 11:00 , allowing you to enjoy a relaxed morning before your departure. On request and if possible, there is the option to do a late check-out at 14:00 for an additional fee of 150 PLN.

Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards and can be done by yourselves, giving you the flexibility to arrive in the afternoon or evening at your convenience.

We strive to ensure that your transitions are as smooth as possible, providing you with ample time to settle in or prepare for your onward journey.

Are there rooms for families with kids?

While The Lodge itself exclusively offers double rooms for adults, our apartments - The River & The Wild - feature additional rooms, making them suitable for children aged 14 and above. These apartments provide extra space and privacy, ideal for families with older children.

For larger families or those with younger children, The Old Barn offers a unique accommodation experience. It is perfectly tailored for a family vacation, featuring its own swimming pool available during the summer, various rooms, indoor & outdoor spaces, a private kitchen, and a large terrace.

Are pets allowed in the rooms?

Pets are warmly welcomed in our holiday apartments, The Nest, The River and The Wild, although we regret that they cannot be accommodated in The Oak Lodge due to the building's specific characteristics.

For those staying in our holiday apartments with pets, please be aware that an additional cleaning fee of 150 Zloty per stay will be applied. In addition, please take care not letting them unoccupied or run free at the Common Areas.

What is the cancellation policy?

We reward guests who plan their trips well in advance with a discount. By planning ahead, you can not only enjoy potential savings but also ensure that you have the best options available for your stay. Therefor, the cancellation conditions for your trip depend on the booking rate you select. So please review the specific cancellation policies associated with the rate you choose.

Do you offer group bookings, special packages or discounts?

Compforts and Amenities:

How can i use the Nature Spa?

For all guests, the Spa is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 PM to 9 PM and Sundays from 2PM to 9PM

Outside these regular hours you have the option to book the entire Spa area for an even more exclusive experience (400 Zloty / two hours). This private booking grants you exclusive access to our 600 square meter wellness area, complete with a sauna and whirlpool, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility.

Is WiFi available at the rooms?

We understand the importance of a strong internet and provide you with high-performance Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi 6 standard and multi-chanel mesh-network in all rooms and most areas of the main grounds.

Considering the Lodge's mighty stone walls, which can be up to 1 meter thick, we also recommend the activation of Wi-Fi calls for staying in touch.

Or fully switch off and enjoy your stay :-)

Are the rooms heated, and what is the temperature in the summer?

All rooms have heating, and in autumn/winter, additional wood stoves in the common areas provide pleasant warmth. Our guests describe the climate in the house as very comfortable due to the natural materials and the construction style.

In summer, it feels like there are even different climate zones.

You can find everything from cool forest air to sunny seating areas. In the courtyard, there is usually a light breeze coming from the forest.

The same applies to the house. The lower floor of the house with the lobby has 1-meter thick stone walls, which remain pleasantly cool even in high summer heat. Under the roof, it is a bit warmer at midday, as the upper floor is completely half-timbered. At the same time, the rooms there are very high and have windows through which a pleasant breeze flows all day, preventing it from becoming stuffy.

Basically, there is more than one comfortable place for every temperature and every season. Especially in summer, it is advisable to spend time not indoors, but for example, in a hammock by the forest, the River Lounge or in one of the many other common areas in the house or on the property.

However, this is recommended regardless of the temperature.

Outstanding Atmosphere

We spent 5 unforgettable days here. The surroundings are perfect for a city dweller – meadows, orchards, forests. Seclusion from the surroundings and the feeling of finally being able to breathe.

The building exudes history, creaks, smells of wood – that's its charm!
